MORNING RITUAL
My gratitude morning walk is everything. When you take time to be grateful for the basic things like being able to breathe and to see another sunrise, for example, your heart will instantly be filled!
WORK / HOME BALANCE
Creating a schedule and a realistic to-do list are so important for me, so I don’t feel I’m giving too much or too little to the family. I know I start feeling resentful when I feel I’m giving too much, and that’s never a good thing. Finding the right balance is important, but letting go, accepting and being kind to yourself is even more important during this challenging time.
